You’re Not the Only One Trying to Figure It Out

June 15, 2015 · By Vincent Nguyen · 4 Comments

You’re Not the Only One Trying to Figure It Out

Are you just figuring out life as you go along but you feel like there should be some sort of solid gameplan?

Does it seem like everyone else seems to know exactly what they’re doing but you’re struggling just to maintain a rhythm?

Good news inbound:

Just about everyone around you is going through the same thing.

The most successful people you see on television and the ones you read about in magazines all go through it. So does everyone you personally know.

I’ve been told numerous times that I seem to always know exactly what I’m doing with my life and that I’m so lucky to have it figured out.

The truth is, I’m almost always adjusting my sail to stay on course because the wind isn’t blowing the same direction all the time.

Life is unpredictable. You can’t just figure it out and stick with the same plan expecting things to just work themselves out.

There are curveballs, steep slopes, and thousands of variables we can’t possibly account for.

With all of that, it’s impossible for any of us to have it completely dialed in.

Some do better than others, sure, but you can be sure it’s no smooth sailing all the time.

Life’s all about adjusting your course.

It’s about bouncing back from setbacks and learning from mistakes.

We’re all trying our best.

You don’t have to have it all figured out, but you better keep trying anyway.

Short and simple, but profound. I like it that way Vincent. 😉
“What guides us to different destinations in life is determined by the way we have chosen to set our sail. The way that each of us thinks makes the major difference in where each of us arrive. The major difference is the set of the sail.” – Jim Rohn
